It was an extremely difficult battle but after 3 wipes, 2 adds, and a ?? DK ruining our fun we finally beat the game.

At the start we weren't sure what to expect. We ran in and Hogger immediately chewed through both the main tank and the off tank with devastating 60dmg crushing blows. Hogger then tore through the remainder of the raid -- not even permitting time to run to the safety of the water (the only place gnolls are afraid to tread).

We slowly worked our way back to this dreaded boss's lair and discovered the secret to victory carved in an ancient runestone...Blessing of Might! As our only paladin with the hard earned skill and training to bless others slowly worked his way through the group our morale could never be higher.

Needless to say, we smoked Hogger's sorry ass in a thrilling display that can only be described as unadulterated destruction. We were rewarded with a handsome bounty of 16 silver coins and a mass of linen cloth.
