Why are you looking to leave?	to join a friend in Surreality guild
What other guilds have you been in?	Independence , that's all i can think of the past major raiding guild that i have join
Why do you want to join Surreality?	to raid with kuulin + serious player that want to progress when a new content(raid) is out
What do you have to offer the guild? What are your expectations for us?	I don't really know if i can offer anything , but i will do my best to keep up

Just like High School Math, show your work.)	0/13/58 , it's one of the common or the must have spec for Resto shaman. Why I choose it? Because I like the way shaman heal and the play style.
What is your preferred raid role? If this role isn't available, are you willing to respec?	Resto , if i choose another i want to be Elemental shaman. Don't really know how to play enh shaman....
If you're applying as a DPS class, can you explain the basics of your rotation/priority system, and why you use it?

Do you feel that this is something you're capable of doing? Do you have any applicable logs of your performance?	No and i don't have logs for my performance
No one has their ideal gear, and getting that gear we want is part of the reason for raiding. Can you point out any problems you see in your own gearing at the moment, and explain your plans to address those issues?	don't think i have any problem with gear right now, but if there's problem i ll corrected immediately
Describe your previous raid experience. What is your favorite boss fight? Why?	done Naxx, Ulduar, ToC, and ICC 10 , few in ICC 25. Don't really have favorite boss fight
What add-ons do you use? What add-on can't you live without? Why? Can you include a screenshot of your raiding ui?	Healbot, Ct Bar Mod, DBM, atlasloot
How many times a week are you willing to raid? When are you available?	Every Day, Raid that are after 9PM server is fine but usually i ll be on around 915PM to 930PM, but if its a raid time then i ll try to be on time, unless there's Real Life stuff going on that day.
How do you spend your time in-game outside of raid time?	Daze off at Thunder Bluff, and uses Different kind of in-game fun item like Noggen, Giagantic Feast, etc
Tell us about a time you wiped your group or raid.	don't usually wipe on group but occasionally i'll use water walk on people to see if they die on water or not. (in AN or ToC raid)
