Why are you looking to leave?	Looking for a more mature/structured raiding guild.
What other guilds have you been in?	My own personal bank guild.
Why do you want to join Surreality?	Raid schedule fits into my work/life schedule really well. I've also been looking for a guild that distributes EGPG.
What do you have to offer the guild? What are your expectations for us?	I am a perfectionist when it comes to my performance, i will push for the very best DPS output with the gear i have on. Continuously perfecting methods, approaches, and always on the look out for that small extra boost to give me a sharper edge. My expectations of this guild are simple, wanting to get the job done with little to no drama. That everyone else around me comes prepared when the raid times are set. And off times to be able to enjoy a couple stories, jokes or whatever else there is to go around.
Do you know any of our members? Who?	I do not know anyone.
What is your current talent distribution? How, or why, did you choose it? (Explain dubious talent choices. An acceptable answer to this question is not "because I was told to by a guild member in "x." Just like High School Math, show your work.)	My current talents are 5/11/55, I went deeper into the protection tree to get divine sacrafice, as insignificant it may seem, i strongly believe that when the raid is going to take heavy damage I would be able to bubble, use DS and be able to mitigate some of the incoming damage relieving the healers from some of the raid damage stress.
What is your preferred raid role? If this role isn't available, are you willing to respec?	My preferred role is Ret, unfortunately i am not interested in the other two specs because it would most likely make me lose my interest of the game.
If you're applying as a DPS class, can you explain the basics of your rotation/priority system, and why you use it?	There is somewhat of a structure to my rotation Judge>DS>CS>exo>conc if its single target dps anyways. My prioritization is based off highest damage/cooldown.
Surreality logs can be found at http://www.worldoflogs.com/guilds/4972/. You will be held to the standard of being able to put out numbers reasonably close to ours. Do you feel that this is something you're capable of doing? Do you have any applicable logs of your performance?	At the moment I would be able to put out acceptable numbers within your standards gear considering, unfortunately i do not have any logs of my performance.
No one has their ideal gear, and getting that gear we want is part of the reason for raiding. Can you point out any problems you see in your own gearing at the moment, and explain your plans to address those issues?	The obvious problem we all can notice about my gear is that some of it is out dated, granted i could get something that would "seem" to be better off badges, but i am currently working towards getting those badges and it takes time. Things like my Weapon and Trinkets. Obviously my plans in addressing the issue is through raiding.
Describe your previous raid experience. What is your favorite boss fight? Why?	My previous raid experience is.... All the hard modes for Ulduar 10/25 Have the drakes from both, 4/5TOGC would have been able to get 5/5 with my previous guild but i was forced to quit due to life/financian issues. My favourite boss fight would be Yogg 1 light, the pressure of the entire raid being perfect was always looming behind you.
What add-ons do you use? What add-on can't you live without? Why? Can you include a screenshot of your raiding ui?	I use too many addons to name them all. I can live without them for the most part.. But when it comes to raiding i suppose i cannot live without chatter, having a separate window for my whispers is a must, or else everyone would be ignored unintentionally >_>;
How many times a week are you willing to raid? When are you available?	I will be able to show up to all the raids provided they stick with the current schedule of 9:30pm to Midnight.
How do you spend your time in-game outside of raid time?	Currently trying into the grove of things again, but for the most part i go with my friends complete the daily/weekly's.
Tell us about a time you wiped your group or raid.	Been awhile to remember...
