Cinnamon Life - great as a meal, great as a snack.. also sometimes as a baking ingredient.
I'm pretty helplessly addicted to cinnamon. Cinnamon oatmeal / cereal, french toast or cinnamon toast in the morning. (or if I'm feeling like breakfast for every meal.. it happens!) Cinnamon in coffee or a cappuccino.

Are you currently guilded? If so, with whom?

I am not currently guilded. I just started playing WoW again to cut back on entertainment expenses: less going out partying more staying in video gaming. So far it's helping a lot. ;-)
Previously during my last subscription I was in Hearth on Wipes & Horde Fiction. |

What other guilds have you been in?

I transferred my priest to this server from Dark Iron shortly after they put that service in. My character had been a member of Sunder who progressed through most of the TBC raiding content before the talent changes for the expansion. Fun times and good people. Sadly they broke up right around the expansion and I ended up taking a break from playing the game for a while. |

Why do you want to join Surreality?

I'd like to join y'all to get some of that experience back. I haven't been a part of a group in a while (gaming wise) and it's a pretty vital aspect to MMO gaming. I've heard good things about Surreality from Nait.. who has been bugging me to apply! I would also like to see the raid content in the game now before the launch of the next expansion. |

What do you have to offer the guild? What are your expectations for us?

I'm a responsible, intelligent, and adaptive player. I learn from mistakes (if I haven't avoided them in the first place) and don't repeat them. I also educate myself on the class and role I'm playing to do my best to maximize my performance. I take constructive criticism well and apply it to help myself. I would expect the same from y'all as well being a fun group to spend time with. |

I know Naithin (we've been friends for *years*, and I've visited him in his home country of Kiwilanz a couple times!) and Elam who I've played with in WoW before. (probably remember me as Sprite!) |

What is your current talent distribution? How, or why, did you choose it? (Explain dubious talent choices. An acceptable answer to this question is not "because I was told to by a guild member in "x." Just like High School Math, show your work.)

I actually just tweaked my spec last night after some ICC10/25 (first time I've done them), taking Improved Shadowform for extra mobility and dropping Focused Mind (cheaper mana cost seemed pretty moot as I didn't get low on mana) Otherwise I chose from what made sense for increasing damage. I also decided against Improved Power Word: Shield and used those talents earlier in shadow to fill up the bottom of the tree. The absorption amount increased was not too noticeable and I would not need to cast it at all should a disc priest be in the raid. |

What is your preferred raid role? If this role isn't available, are you willing to respec?

I'm actually really enjoying shadow priest right now, however Priest is the class I love pretty much every aspect of (and the only one I end up being able to play and get involved on). I don't mind playing any priest spec. My current alternate spec is disc. |

If you're applying as a DPS class, can you explain the basics of your rotation/priority system, and why you use it?

VT MF MB DP SW:P to open to give SW:P the benefit of max stacks of Shadow Weaving as it's duration is refreshed by Mind Flay. Then I keep VT and DP up and cast Mind Blast and Mind Flay between. For multiple mobs (less than 3) cast VT and SWP on all of them after getting the main target going with my initial rotation - for more than that I will do the setup rotation on the main target then Mind Sear spam until there are 3 left. |

Surreality logs can be found at http://www.worldoflogs.com/guilds/4972/. You will be held to the standard of being able to put out numbers reasonably close to ours. Do you feel that this is something you're capable of doing? Do you have any applicable logs of your performance?

I'm capable of doing my best, and I think I can do it. :-) Alas I don't have any logs for anything recently as I just started playing again literally like two weeks ago. Elam was in an ICC10 with me last night where I DPS'd for Dreamwalker so perhaps he has something / can remember. |

No one has their ideal gear, and getting that gear we want is part of the reason for raiding. Can you point out any problems you see in your own gearing at the moment, and explain your plans to address those issues?

Right now I'm short of my hit cap in my (best that I have and want to use) gear since I am switching over from disc main to shadow main. I'm heroic'ing for a few more triumphs to get the shadow t9 legs and then I should be fine again which will also give me 2pc t9 shadow bonus which is <3 should probably get that all set tonight. |

Describe your previous raid experience. What is your favorite boss fight? Why?

Most of my raiding experience is from TBC - I have done some "light" raiding in WOTLK, but nothing serious.
My favourite boss fight is Kael'Thas from The Eye... Welcome to the future.. a pity you won't live to see it. It was very involved and tricky, but the feeling of accomplishment at downing him was incredible. Though it was frustrating as *everyone* needed to be on their game. |

What add-ons do you use? What add-on can't you live without? Why? Can you include a screenshot of your raiding ui?

I can post one later. Power Auras is probably the most vital for easily telling what dots I have up and how long they have left afore they need to be recast. |

How many times a week are you willing to raid? When are you available?

I'm available most weeknights after work - I'd like to raid a few of 'em. I get home around 8:00 / 8:30 PM Eastern time. My weekends I like to keep free from commitment though especially in the summer months. Beach trips. <3 |

Tell us about a time you wiped your group or raid.

Only time I can remember we were in Hyjal about to start the waves of trash and I was tank healing - but I hadn't been precasting heals on him before the wave started to anticipate spike damage. Needless to say seconds into the wave he was flattened. >,< |

During our timed ZA runs I was holy priesting and our second healer was a holy pally - he went AFK and we didn't realize going into Hex Lord.. I ended up being able to single heal it and we replaced him with a DPS for later runs. ;-) |
