Why do you want to join Surreality?
|
I would like to join Surreality, because you guys dont seem at all hardcore, and get things done at a great rate, for the time that you have. Since im on my last year of High School in September, im going to start playing more casual, so your raid schedule suits me very well for my needs. |

What do you have to offer the guild? What are your expectations for us?

I offer great healing, Situational Awareness, being open to constructive criticism, aswell as 100% attendance. My expectations of you guys is to down proggression. Gear isnt my main concern aswell, I would just like the chance to further advance into ICC. |

What is your current talent distribution? How, or why, did you choose it? (Explain dubious talent choices. An acceptable answer to this question is not "because I was told to by a guild member in "x." Just like High School Math, show your work.)

My Talent Distribution is 18/0/53. After my research, and the most used raid spec for restoration, I came to an agreement that this would be the best spec for me to put out the most healing possible.
Ill give you a speech about my glyphs here aswell.
Glyph of Swiftmend; This glyph allows me to cast Swiftmend, on a player with Rejuvenation or Regrowth on them, without consuming one or the other.
Glyph of Wildgrowth; This glyph allows my Wild Growth to hit 1 additional target compared to its original effect (5, so now it will be 6 targets).
Glyph of Innervate; This glyph allows me to gain, another 45% of my base mana pool, compared to its normal effects.
Minors;
Glyph of Unburdened Rebirth; This glyph allows me to cast Rebirth without a regeant.
Glyph of Dash; This glyph reduces the cast of my dash ability by 20%> (This glyph is great for fights with alot of movement, like LK with defile. Have cat form with dash macro'd for when something like that happens.
Glyph of Thorns; This glyph allows my Thorns spell to increase its duration by 50mins when its cast on myself. |

If you're applying as a DPS class, can you explain the basics of your rotation/priority system, and why you use it?

Surreality logs can be found at http://www.worldoflogs.com/guilds/4972/. You will be held to the standard of being able to put out numbers reasonably close to ours. Do you feel that this is something you're capable of doing? Do you have any applicable logs of your performance?

I think I am very capable of being up their in numbers with you guys. I just recently came back to the game, so I do not have any recent logs. But I do not mind going on a trial run. |

No one has their ideal gear, and getting that gear we want is part of the reason for raiding. Can you point out any problems you see in your own gearing at the moment, and explain your plans to address those issues?

Well, Im just barely over the Haste soft cap, so having a little more haste would be great. I also have The Talismen of Resurgence, which is a terrible trinket for Resto Druids. Im waiting for an abacus drop. I also have put together a BiS loot list for myself, to adress any issues I have with my gear. |

Describe your previous raid experience. What is your favorite boss fight? Why?

On my Druid im only 9/12 Regular ICC 25 Man, but I do watch, and read up on the fights, VIA tank spot, but tank spot is still yet to get some of the ICC fights on there, so im usually directed to Youtube.
Heres a list of my Raid Experience;
Naxx 10/25: Cleared
EOE 10/25: Cleared
OS 10/25: 3 Drakes for both
Ulduar 10/25: I havent really stepped foot in Ulduar.
TOC 10/25: Cleared
TOGC 10,25: 10 Man Cleared
ICC 10,25: ICC 10; 10 out of 12, ICC 25; 9 out of 12 (Both Regular), But I do know the fightsr, up to and including H 25 LK.

What add-ons do you use? What add-on can't you live without? Why? Can you include a screenshot of your raiding ui?

VuhDo; Great raid frames I use for healing, that shows me who all of my hots are on, aswell as a timer showing when they are going to expire. I used to use grid and click, but prefer this alot more.
Deadly Boss Mods; Timers and Warnings given out when a boss is about to do a special ability, or when your standing in something you shouldnt. Aswell as beserk timers, ect.
Omen; A standard threat meter that shows my threat, and how close I am to pulling agro. As a healer I dont need to worry about this, but its nice to have.
Dominoes; Action Bar frames that can be moved, resized, ect.
MSBT; A scrolling battle text.
OrA2; Cooldown Timers. It also shows the maintank and offtank, and shows who they are targetting. |

How many times a week are you willing to raid? When are you available?

I cna raid 7 days a week if its necessary. I am available everyday, unless something comes up, but ill let you know before hand. |

How do you spend your time in-game outside of raid time?
|
Doing dailies, Randoms on an alt, some random BGs but not much, seeing as I get slaughtered without any PVP gear ;p |

Tell us about a time you wiped your group or raid.

I was doing 10 Man LK on my old computer, and I disconnected when defile got cast on me so it spread and wiped the group. |

My sister was holding a grudge against me about something that happened before a scheduled raid, and next thing you know, im in the middle of Sindragosa 10, and she comes up and biffs a bowl at my head and split my head open. I as just glad it was my head she hit and not my monitor! |

I would just like to add. I have 447 Scribe, and an empty slot I recently dropped to level JC when I get everything back together. Id also like to mention, I am gay, and Im hoping thats not an issue with the guild. |
