What is your current talent distribution? How, or why, did you choose it? (Explain dubious talent choices. An acceptable answer to this question is not "because I was told to by a guild member in "x." Just like High School Math, show your work.)	Currently I'm 55 resto/16 enhance. I have 16 in enhance for the increase power pool, increase mp5/mana gained from water shield, 5% crit for the increase healing and the bonus from the shaman T10 4 set which is usually around 8-10% of my total heals, and to increase the effect of the earthliving weapon. For the 55 resto talent points its pretty basic cleanse spirit, mana tide, rip tide, and earth shield. I didn't spec into ancestral awakening. Would be nice to have, but the 3 talent points are better utilized in other areas, same with the threat reducation.

If you're applying as a DPS class, can you explain the basics of your rotation/priority system, and why you use it?
Surreality logs can be found at http://www.worldoflogs.com/guilds/4972/. You will be held to the standard of being able to put out numbers reasonably close to ours. Do you feel that this is something you're capable of doing? Do you have any applicable logs of your performance?	My HPS depends on the right. If its not heavy raid damage then it won't be too high, but in high raid damage fights I usually pull roughly 6-8k HPS. I use recount to check my healing, but I don't have any logs that Surreality has.
No one has their ideal gear, and getting that gear we want is part of the reason for raiding. Can you point out any problems you see in your own gearing at the moment, and explain your plans to address those issues?	The ideal set up in my gear is getting up to 1269 haste, because this is the cap for shamans to lower global cooldown from 1.5seconds to 1 second. Also more MP5 would be nice just, so their isn't any potential mana issues. I've yet to go oom mid-boss fight, but better safe then sorry and wiping because lack of heals.
Describe your previous raid experience. What is your favorite boss fight? Why?	I've raided most of all the raiding in WoW, besides some BC raids. My favorite boss fight would have to be either C ' Thun or Yogg Saron. They have good raid mechanics envolved in them and still have the ability to wipe a raid if they think they can blow it over.
What add-ons do you use? What add-on can't you live without? Why? Can you include a screenshot of your raiding ui?	atm I use GS, Questhelper, Recount, and Omen. Probably. the most appreciated add-on I use is questhelper. I prefer it over the default over WoW.
How many times a week are you willing to raid? When are you available?	Monday-Wensday, Friday and Sunday
How do you spend your time in-game outside of raid time?	Doing daily dungeons mostly or doing holiday events.
Tell us about a time you wiped your group or raid.	My first time tanking a raid. It was Naxx and we were on KT and I was picking up adds. When I was tanking my two adds I stood in a shadow fissure and died, so the adds started killing the whole raid. Since then I have learned more to follow mechanics, but was embarassing to say the least.
