Why are you looking to leave?	It's just a friend guild with IRL friends. Not that serious.
What other guilds have you been in?	None on this server.
Why do you want to join Surreality?	They appear to be smart and intensive raiding guild, and I'm looking for their kind of progression.
What do you have to offer the guild? What are your expectations for us?	I'm a player with a lot to say. I'm not the one that fucks up on hard encounters. I'm expecting a guild that is serious and poitns out flaws in our mistakes with encounters so that we may improve, instead of acting like it was no big deal--
Do you know any of our members? Who?	Only Brodolfy, really, and that's from PvP.
What is your current talent distribution? How, or why, did you choose it? (Explain dubious talent choices. An acceptable answer to this question is not "because I was told to by a guild member in "x." Just like High School Math, show your work.)	53/8/10. The spec is a cookie cutter spec (sadly), but I've reviewed it several times for flaws that I think could improve raid performance. I have yet to find any flaw in it though, ha. At one point I was skeptical of not speccing into IBP, but after some review I realized that so much healing is unnecessary. This would cause too much overhealing, as in a good raid group the heals I receive are high enough and land in bigger numbers. It's just not worth the 1-2 points.
What is your preferred raid role? If this role isn't available, are you willing to respec?	I prefer tanking, but I'm working on a DPS offspec gear set. I'd be willing to respec anytime, yes.

No one has their ideal gear, and getting that gear we want is part of the reason for raiding. Can you point out any problems you see in your own gearing at the moment, and explain your plans to address those issues?	I have been held back by poorly led pugs and incompetant raiders. I have no doubt that I am ready for HM ICC content, and I have all the money I need to gem and enchant my gear/new gear. I think all I need is an opportunity presented to me to show what I'm capable of, tbh.
Describe your previous raid experience. What is your favorite boss fight? Why?	11/12 ICC10, 5/5 TOGC10 (48 attempts). I would say that back when Ulduar came out, my favorite encounter was XT - Deconstructor. Before it was nerfed, it was just such an intense fight with alot of mobility required. I was dps back then, and the switching and moving was just ridiculously intensive, and getting him down was sweet. Just a personal favorite.
What add-ons do you use? What add-on can't you live without? Why? Can you include a screenshot of your raiding ui?	Omni CC, DBM, Xperl, Recount, Omen. I don't think there is any addon that I need to have on, although WoW would look so much uglier with Xperl...ha.
How many times a week are you willing to raid? When are you available?	I can raid 7/7 days a week no problem really, as long as I know ahead of time what nights we're raiding.
How do you spend your time in-game outside of raid time?	I usually farm heroics for SKS and Emblems and use them to make money or buy PvP/PvE gear. Otherwise I'll be doing dailies or playing my alt, 5.4k GS Fury War.
Tell us about a time you wiped your group or raid.	In ICC 10 I once grabbed the rocket pack on gunship, but forgot to equip it. I was the dedicated tank to jump over onto the other ship, so the other tank hadn't grabbed the rocket pack either (for some reason..), so the raid had no one to tank Muradin on the other ship. Yes. We. Wiped. On. Gunship. <3
Best. AFK. Ever.	I afked on Lord Jaraxxus for about 2 minutes once to go get the door, came back and still had threat (I spammed Icy Touch like no other!). /shrug. we downed him.
