Why are you looking to leave?	GM made a rather unreasonable decision by demoting me from officer status to a rank lower than what should have been done
What other guilds have you been in?	That's A Negative, i've been in the guild for a good year+
Why do you want to join Surreality?	i love the philosophy "fun and friendship first; progression second" that's the kind of attitude i would instill in a guild
What do you have to offer the guild? What are your expectations for us?	great player with excellent raid awareness and understanding of mechanics in a boss fight

What is your current talent distribution? How, or why, did you choose it? (Explain dubious talent choices. Just like High School Math, show your work.)	57/3/11 as arcane, i'm only 1 point in subtlety and 4 in stability and no points in arcane focus only because i don't need the hit, and i can manage my mana very well. threat shouldn't be a problem, it never has been. Dual specced as fire 19/52/0 with the torment of the weak fire spec
What is your preferred raid role? If this role isn't available, are you willing to respec?	i use arcane and fire both equally during raids, depends on the fight really, and yes i am always willing to respec if needed
If you're applying as a DPS class, can you explain the basics of your rotation/priority system, and why you use it?	as far as mages go, rotations are the easy part, mana consumption and proper cooldown use is the only hard part. as arcane, i stack my arcane blast accordingly to my mana percentage, IE at full mana i will stack arcane blast to 4, at 30-50% i will reduce it to 3 and will burn my mana towards the last percantage of a boss fight. as fire living bomb takes first priority and pyroblast second

Do you have any applicable logs of your performance?	yes that wont be a problem, and i'm afraid i don't have any applicable logs of That's A Negative raids, the GM never logged in any fights
No one has their ideal gear, and getting that gear we want is part of the reason for raiding. Can you point out any problems you see in your own gearing at the moment, and explain your plans to address those issues?	i am fairly well geared, of course i could use upgrades and i am very patient with loot, my performance is not held back by my gear and as far as priority goes, performance first, loot second
Describe your previous raid experience. What is your favorite boss fight? Why?	thats a negative just recently downed valithria 25 hardmode with only 24 raiders hehe worked on lady deathwhisper hardmode but couldnt get her passed 70% health. my fave fight would have to be LK just because it requires every raider to be on the same level and if done right it's a great fun fight
What add-ons do you use? What add-on can't you live without? Why? How many times a week are you willing to raid? When are you available?	i'm available whenever pretty much, atm i dont go to school nor do i have a job. weekends i usually go out but if something is planned for one of those days i'll be willing to drop my plans for a guild raid
How do you spend your time in-game outside of raid time?	usually leveling alts or doing my daily quest
Tell us about a time you wiped your group or raid.	i had been the first to get bitten in a Bloodqueen fight, the timer was coming up for me to bite another player and about 3-5 seconds before the timer expired i got swarming shadows and i iceblocked it off but right as i iceblocked i got MC'ed and remained in the iceblock till it wore off and bam. i was the first to be bitten, but thats the only time ive done that. i dont repeat my mistakes
