What other guilds have you been in?

On BDF there are no others. I was also the Guild Leader of <Quietus> on Dethecus which was the original guild. We moved to BDF in order to leave a dead server. |

Why do you want to join Surreality?
|
Well I'll be perfectly honest, out of the guilds that are doing well on this server you are the only guild who meets my availability for raid times. Pretty much every guild raids at 8pm and I saw you started at 9pm which works perfectly for me. I've also have seen your players around as a guild you have a solid reputation. Upon further research I noticed your Guild Leader is also a Feral tank so I know my chances are probably pretty slim. |

What do you have to offer the guild? What are your expectations for us?

As a guild leader, I not only research my class but other classes as well. I do this because it allows me a better understanding of the game and has helped me tremendously in creating strategies for raid progression. I am also capable of doing some pretty insane threat and I currently hold many top 20 records for TPS to bosses which can be found at http://www.wowmeteronline.com/rank/clazz/tps/drd/9/6/3
I have been playing WoW since December 2nd of 2004 and never needed to take a break. I love the game and have always enjoyed raiding with quality players.
My expectations for Surreality is a quality guild capable of serious progression without the need to raid 7 days a week. |

I use this spec because it supplies me with the most survivalbility I can obtain while also being able to maintain high TPS. The noticeable changes I have in my spec is not speccing 2/2 Imp leader of the pack. I do this because currently I always raid with another feral in the raid and since he has it specced it allows me to spend points elsewhere (they don't stack). Instead I take master shapeshifter because its a permanent 4% dmg increase instead of King of the jungle that is 15% dmg increase every 60 seconds given using enrage every CD. King of the Jungle makes Enrage an offensive cooldown but since I have 4pc T10, my enrage is used defensively for dmg reduction. For my glyphs I used Growling, Survival Instincts, and Frenzy Regen. The maul glyph is nicer for tanking trash but I find growling to be more reliable for taunt intensive fights like Prof Putricide P3, Sindra P2, LK P2, Deathwhisper, etc. I will actually be changing my second spec from pvp to another tank spec and it will include 3/3 improved mangle and the glyph of mangle for a pure TPS build. This would be used in cases when I have someone else keeping an infected wounds equivalent debuff up. |

What is your preferred raid role? If this role isn't available, are you willing to respec?

My preferred role is tanking. I have been doing it since Kara and I really enjoy it. If needed to respec I could play feral cat as I currently have the best gear for that. I also have 400+ frost badges so building further sets wouldn't be hard. |

No one has their ideal gear, and getting that gear we want is part of the reason for raiding. Can you point out any problems you see in your own gearing at the moment, and explain your plans to address those issues?

Currently I am using 2 trinkets of level 245. I have been trying Putricide 10 and Heroic Faction Champs every chance I get and I have NEVER seen my trinket upgrades drop. From the rest of my gear I am pretty much using best in slot in order to maintain hit and expertise cap. |

Describe your previous raid experience. What is your favorite boss fight? Why?

In vanilla I have cleared all content except for Naxx40 where I was only able to obtain 6 boss kills. In TBC I was able to clear all content pre-nerfs minus Muru and KJ in sunwell. In WotLK I have cleared naxx pre-ulduar. Ulduar I was unable to kill Yogg25 before ToC launched due to lack of skilled players. I did get my yogg kill done though. I was able to clear all ToC bosses pre-icc. Right now I am currently 11/12 experienced in ICC25. |

What add-ons do you use? What add-on can't you live without? Why? Can you include a screenshot of your raiding ui?

Bartender 4, Omen, Xperl, DBM, OptiTaunt, PawPower, OmniCC, Enemy Cast Bar, Atlasloot Enhanced, Recount, Prat, and MSBT.
I definitely wouldn't be able to live without Bartender. It sounds weird but the default blizzard bars are too clunky for me and I need a nice clean UI to perform effectively. |

How many times a week are you willing to raid? When are you available?
|
I am willing to raid 25 mans 3-4 times a week. I also enjoy doing 10 mans and since they are a bit less stressful I doesn't bother me to fill my free nights in with those.
I am available from 9pm to 130am every night and I often play during the day on my days off. |

How do you spend your time in-game outside of raid time?
|
I am usually farming herbs for selling on the AH. I currently have enough flasks to last about 7 months so I have been selling everything I get. I also enjoy playing my enhance shaman and have managed to gear him out in full 251+ gear. |

Tell us about a time you wiped your group or raid.
|
When we were doing Heroic Saulrfang attempts in 10 man I saw a healer die (was 2 healing) and I knew I needed to brez him. I had him targeted while tanking and told the other tank to taunt. After 3 seconds of telling him to taunt I popped caster form and tried to rez. The tank never taunted and I died which wiped the raid. |

In TBC we were killing Magtheridon for the millionth time. Around 38% I really had to use the restroom and I was playing while sick and was going to crap my pants if I didn't. I afk'd while tanking as I was majorly above everyone else on threat. When I came back the boss was dead and no one pulled aggro. I kept the boss on me with just auto attack and my major threat lead. I was also looted the T4 chest token while afk since I still needed it. Was rather funny. |

I know you guys currently have a feral tank but I really hope there is room for another amazing tank to join your core. Raiding is my love in this game and I always manage my real life responsibilities so I can maintain 100% attendance. I'd rather be wiping all night on progression fights than killing farm content but I always give 110% in every raid for my performance. |
