I have been wanting to get off Lothar for a long time, would prefer a more arena-active server on the east coast. I don't like the overly crowded servers like blackrock and mal'ganis though. |

None that you have heard of, I raided in the rank 1 guild on my server back in Vanilla, been in a couple mediocre guilds while I arena'd through tbc and lk. |

I can be there prepared to raid every posted raid time consistently. I am a very skilled player with decent enough gear. I just expect you to be as you appear to be. |

14/0/57. There isn't really much debate over the best shadow spec. I just intuited it and it seemed to match up with what the top priests I looked up were using. I supposed the only debatable part is imp mind blast, but I found the utility gained from using those 5 talent points much more useful than lowering the cd on mind blast. This is mainly because the 4 piece t10 bonus along with haste makes mind flay the superior choice for dps. I mainly use MB when it fits conveniently to refresh my dots or to supply replenishment. |

What is your preferred raid role? If this role isn't available, are you willing to respec?

I prefer to be shadow, if I get accepted here I will also be bringing my feral over to this server (my previous main with good tank gear). I can tank on it if needed as well, or dps I suppose. Would prefer not to heal though. |

If you're applying as a DPS class, can you explain the basics of your rotation/priority system, and why you use it?

My general start for bosses is to VT - DP - MF - SW:P. This gives me 5 stacks of weaving so my SW:P benefits from the 10% bonus for the entire fight or until I can't refresh it with mind flay. I try to time mind flays and mind blasts so I have globals/time casts to refresh VT/DP a fraction of a second after they fall off. Of course several encounters require that I dps multiple targets, get some mind sear in there, etc. that change things a big. |

My guild somewhat recently asked me to change mains to my shadowpriest, so the gear is a little behind what most of you probably are at. I am confident that I can be close to the top of the meters with a few upgrades. My guild has been working on HM Lady D all week, so here is a link to a log of last night.

No one has their ideal gear, and getting that gear we want is part of the reason for raiding. Can you point out any problems you see in your own gearing at the moment, and explain your plans to address those issues?

Well my gearing isn't an issue, it's what gear I have to work with that is. I'm unhappy about my pvp boots I am still stuck using, along with my 232 trinket and few 245 pieces. I'm actively raiding trying to remedy it? |

Describe your previous raid experience. What is your favorite boss fight? Why?

I have a history of hardcore raiding in Vanilla before arenas, when I decided to take raiding less serious and make alts to arena with (I didn't do alts til arena). Since then I've tread the line between hardcore and casual raiding.
My favorite boss fight.. I kind of liked faction champs a lot, but if you mean in ICC I'd probably have to say HM Lady D. I just like the style of it, at least as a dps. When I tanked it I found the mutated fanatics to be annoying. |

How many times a week are you willing to raid? When are you available?

I am available most evenings, though the amount of time over the entire week is limited because I have studying/homework to do generally. |

Mainly jc daily, arenas, bg dailies,, heroic dungeon daily. Prioritized in that order. |

Tell us about a time you wiped your group or raid.

My favorite one was back when we were competing for green dragons in vanilla, though it was only partly my fault. We were competing for the kill with the servers rank 2 guild, and the MT and i were dueling while we waited for either our debuffs or a spawn (forget which). All of a sudden the guild leader said to pull, and the MT ran in there mid-duel only to die from being unable to be healed. We lost the kill. |
