Are you currently guilded? If so, with whom?	Yes, Novus Ordo.
Why are you looking to leave?	They lack the drive to get their current members geared/ready for 25-man Ulduar and they aren't planning on recruiting new members.
What other guilds have you been in?	Undeniable.
Why do you want to join Surreality?	I've heard that you guys are progressing extremely well in 25-man Ulduar and I would love to be a part of that.........I also like DKP systems!
What do you have to offer the guild?	I'm a smart, reliable player who is willing to help the guild in anyway.
What are your expectations for us?	All I expect is to raid reliably!
Do you know any of our members? Who?	I do not. Paranoia said I should apply here.
What is your current talent distribution? How, or why, did you choose it?	20/51/0. TTW/FB mage. With my gear, I am able to pick this spec. It is the top DPS for mages, however it is also the most gear heavy.
What is your preferred raid role? If this role isn't available, are you willing to respec?	Well since I'm a mage, I dont' really need to respec for any fights. But if there is, I am willing.
Describe your previous raid experience.	On this toon, everything in BC (save Sunwell) and in Wrath 10/25: Naxx, VoA, OS, EoE. And I've gotten to the keepers in both 10 and 25-man Ulduar.
What is your favorite boss fight? Why?	Anything in Kara, (I <3 Kara). But I like EoE. It requires everyone to pay attention and get their jobs done.
What add-ons do you use? What add-on can't you live without? Why?	Bartender, Omen, Recount, Mage Fever, Atlas Loot, and the list could go on. lol. I couldn't live without MAGE FEVER! All mages NEED it!
How many times a week are you willing to raid? When are you available?	Right now I'm good for any day of the week at any time. But I'm changing jobs soon so I'll let you know. Based on your current raid times/days. I shouldn't matter where I work.
How do you spend your time in-game outside of raid time?	Leveling alts., farm gold/mats, grinding rep., running heroics/non-scheduled raids.
Tell us about a time you wiped your group or raid.	I can't think of a time that I've caused a wipe in a raid...I am a range DPS...so we usually don't cause wipes....hmmm...I honestly can't think of a time....sorry.
