Why are you looking to leave?
|
The guild fractured recently and can no longer make a 25 person roster. As the fit was only decent at best (looking for something a tad more mature) it seemed like a good time to test the waters. |

|
I like the serious but casual theme. I have a job and a young family. The approach you list seems like it will give be better balance. |

What do you have to offer the guild?
|
I've been healing on my Druid for 4.5 years now and I'm reasonably good at it. Although I caution folks not to read too much into healing meters, I usually get asked to show some evidence of competence so, here's a link to my Guild's runs http://www.worldoflogs.com/guilds/6247/ . I'm pretty much drama and maintenance free. |

What are your expectations for us?

Maturity, consistency, and fairness for the most part. My kids' bedtimes will always come first so the raid times you list seem good - I'm available 4-5 nights a week from 8:15 EDT. |

Primary 14 / 0 / 57. Gives me the needed healing talents along with the supportive healing talents in Balance.
Secondary are Boomkin talents mostly for questing and non-raid efforts. |

What is your preferred raid role? If this role isn't available, are you willing to respec?

I like to heal and that's usually what's asked of me. Rarely I get to DPS Boomkin.
Yes I would respec as needed though I'm guessing that's not going to be required. |

Describe your previous raid experience.
|
Have been raiding since Ragnaros was THE end game. Did all classic and BC raiding with my Necessary Evil guild - Did Wrath raiding with my current guild. 10 and 25 Naxx. 10 Ulduar to Vezex and some 25 man.

What is your favorite boss fight? Why?
|
Mimiron. Challenging fight where every phase is a bit different. Lots of fun.

Not enough room to list them all. Key ones Grid, Bartender, Outfitter, X-Perl, DBM

How many times a week are you willing to raid? When are you available?

4-5 times a week. I have one night a week which is a date night with my wife but it's flexible.
Available after 8:15 EST on those nights as that's bedtime for the agents of entropy. |

How do you spend your time in-game outside of raid time?
|
Farming herbs, finishing quests I haven't yet done, redoing old instances to get achievements, etc.
In truth I don't have a lot of non-raiding game time though and that's OK. |

Tell us about a time you wiped your group or raid.
|
Picking herbs in Freya's garden. Got too close to a Stone Watcher and rather than die with dignity I trained him right into the middle of the raid. I blame Communism. |

I have a RL friend in my current guild who is also a Resto Druid (original I know). If I find a home he will likely want to join as well space permitting.
